Services

My services are different from the more traditional secretarial pools working on occasional transactional projects. I work with my clients in an ongoing collaborative capacity to provide across the board administrative services. As a partner in business, I take on the administrative burden which allows you more time to generate more income, relax and give you breathing room. I work with you creating systems and procedure to aid you in your business success.

In general, I can provide the following services:

This list is far from comprehensive, as the work I perform will be geared specifically to your needs.  And you don’t have to worry; if there is something I cannot do I will either learn or recommend another option.  I am here to provide value to your business, not eat up your resources.

One of the great things about working with others is the opportunity to discuss the business at hand – to brainstorm ideas. When you are a solo professional, you often need another viewpoint from someone that knows your business. That is just one of the many advantages of working in a collaborative relationship with an Administrative Professional. I get to know you and your business and how it is run. We can discuss ideas and I can offer another perspective, but always with your business in mind. Remember; when you succeed, I succeed. 

Fee Structure

I choose to work with a few select clients who pay a monthly retainer. Retainer packages are based on 10, 15 and 20 hours each. The minimum amount of time I work with a client is 10 hours per month. Anything less does not allow me to provide a truly meaningful level of value and support.  

How it all Works

You may be wondering how I can be of assistance without being in your office, or at least in the same town. The technology to work at a distance has been around for a number of years and much of it is very user-friendly. And because there are so many options, together we will find the ones that work best. Most of the time, however, it only requires emailing each other – it really is that simple! 

Getting Started

In our consultation we will determine if we are a well suited to work together. This can be the make or break thing in any VA/Client relationship. We will discuss what seems to be eating away at your time. I will want to learn a bit about your business model and what you hope we can achieve together. And finally I will want to know a little bit about you personally. I will also answer questions about myself and how I work to make your life easier. 

Once we start working together we will conduct a work study.  Don’t worry, it’s painless!  It will help me to learn your business quickly and ascertain how I can be of the greatest service to you.  The first 3 months are usually the adjustment period, where I get to know the specifics of your business and you learn to let go of the tasks that are eating away at your time.
